A 5-year-old boy climbed to the stairs pretending that he was "Stinkfly" one of the aliens of Ben 10 and jumped that he thinks he can fly. The boy fell and knocked his head. After 2 days in the hospital, The boy died and the parents of the child never let the boy's younger brother watch it.
